The Nkyinkyim Band is pleased to announce the addition of Prince Ohene, popularly known as Chocho, as the new drummer of the band.
A talented performer and producer, Chocho joins the group as one of the promising young musicians to have emerged in the contemporary live music scene in Ghana. Known for his versatility behind the drums, rhythmic sensitivity, and strong connection with live audiences, he brings both musical discipline and creative energy to the band.

As the band continues to grow its sound and performance approach, Chocho’s presence introduces a fresh perspective to its creative direction.
Chocho makes his first official appearance with the band in the latest live session performance of Awurade Aye, originally performed by R2Bees, now available on the band’s YouTube channel.
