For the first time in their illustrious journey, Nkyinkyim Band staged a live concert in Ghana’s Bono Region, marking a significant milestone in the band’s expanding national footprint. The event, dubbed “All White Affair 26,” was held on Friday, January 3, 2026, at the Countryside Experience Center in Berekum, as part of activities to commemorate the New Year.
Organised by Countryside Experience Center, the all-night musical experience attracted an estimated 1,000 patrons, who trooped in from Berekum and surrounding towns to witness the creativity, energy, and musical excellence of one of Ghana’s most celebrated live bands. Dressed in elegant all-white outfits in line with the event’s dress code, patrons created a stunning visual atmosphere that complemented the night’s vibrant performances.
Taking the stage from 8:00 p.m. till late, Nkyinkyim Band delivered back-to-back performances of fan-favourite songs, blending highlife, Afro-fusion, palm-wine, and contemporary sounds into an immersive live experience. The band’s tight instrumentation, commanding stage presence, and seamless connection with the audience left patrons in awe, many singing along and dancing throughout the night.
The performance not only reaffirmed Nkyinkyim Band’s reputation as one of Ghana’s finest live acts but also highlighted the growing appetite for premium live music experiences in the Bono Region. By the end of the night, chants and conversations among attendees pointed to one clear demand — calls for a re-run of the epic show.
